All online purchases made through Untamed Vanity are valid for exchange or store credit within 10 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail only. Refunds are not available. Any merchandise returned may be eligible for exchange or store credit towards the next purchase.

All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Untamed Vanity offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $50 before taxes, shipping and handling. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional two business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional five business days to process and ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

How soon do you restock items that are out of stock?

Our items are usually restocked within a week. However, some items are "limited time offer"; be sure to check our website frequently for any "Back in Stock" items.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has already been placed?

Unfortunately, you are unable to modify or cancel your order after it has already been placed. Please refer to our Returns and Shipping guidelines for information regarding a change of interest in our items.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order by clicking the Track Order link within the email receipt you received after purchasing your items. Please have your order number and email address available.

How can I find out about special offers and promotions?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within all 50 U.S. States. All prices listed on the website are in US Dollars.
