Returns + Exchanges


By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

We are aware that items can fit differently and urge customers to review the size chart we have provided prior to purchasing. To make an exchange request email us at customerservice@untamedvanity.us within 7 days of receiving your order. We urge all customers to email us prior to returning your items to avoid any delays in the exchange process. 

All online purchases made through Untamed Vanity are valid for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail only. Refunds are not available. Any merchandise returned may be eligible for exchange or store credit towards the next purchase.

Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. All accessories are FINAL SALE. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s). Untamed Vanity reserve the right to refuse an exchange on items not returned in the required state. 

SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, SALE ITEMS AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Once your returned item(s) has been received, allow a following 10-14 days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out to you. Please note exchange requests are subject to size availability. In the event that your requested size is out of stock, an electronic store credit will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
