What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has already been placed?
Unfortunately, you are unable to modify or cancel your order after it has already been placed. Please refer to our Returns and Shipping guidelines for information regarding a change of interest in our items.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email including your tracking number. Click on the URL to track your package and for up to date information on the status of your parcel.
What happens if I miss my order?
All Untamed Vanity orders must be signed for when delivered, this is to ensure our customers receive the right item(s). If no one is available to sign for your order a ‘We missed you' card will be left at your premises & your package will be sent back to your local post office for a period of time (please note: this time frame varies depending on location).
If the package is still unclaimed after a period of time it will be sent back to our store. On the occasion that this occurs our customer service team will notify you via email and you will be informed of the next steps to take to have your item redelivered.
Untamed Vanity will not be responsible for the re-shipping fee of missed and unclaimed deliveries.
For International Shipping Customers: You may be able to opt-in to receive SMS and/or email notifications from the courier with real time expected delivery updates. Please visit their website for further information once you have received your tracking information from us via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and operate out of the United States. Please use our currency changer to best fit your location's currency and see Shipping + Payments for more information.
Where do I return my items to?
Please contact us via email at email@example.com for all returns. All orders will include return instructions.
How do I properly care for my items?
We recommend hand washing all your clothing, to preserve the longevity of your items. We recommend all clothing be washed with lukewarm soapy water. Garments can be left to soak for half an hour. Clothing can be damaged when washed in the washing machine as colors can be altered if not washed with other similar colored garments. Do not tumble dry any clothing as the temperature can change the shape and/or elasticity of fabrics.
